(A) Showed an exploratory bronchoscopy revealed the presence of thickening of the mucosa and areas consistent with anthracosis protrusion area partially obstructing the bronchial lumen and (B) dense cellularity of round, ovoid and elongated elements, with signs of anaplasia evidenced by macronucleosis, nucleolar prominence, altered polarity and nucleo-cytoplasm relationship possibly corresponding to metastatic spread of brain neoplasia.
