(B) At 40× magnification, large, atypical, lymphoid cells with open chromatin, prominent nucleoli, and moderate amount of pale blue cytoplasm are seen. Both plasmacytic (white arrow) and plasmablastic morphology (white star) are noted in these atypical cells with eccentric nuclei. Frequent mitotic figures are also noted (black arrows).
