Figure 1. Brain computed tomography. Intraparenchymal masses were noted in both frontal lobes and were associated with extensive surrounding parenchymal edema. The right frontal lobe mass measured 1.9×2 cm. Left frontal lobe mass measured 1.5×1.6 cm. There was no obvious midline shift, other discrete masses, parenchymal edema, or intracranial hemorrhage. There was no evidence of transtentorial or uncal herniation. The ventricles and the deep cisterns were normal.
