Figure 3. Cardiac magnetic resonance imaging. The basal ventricular septum was significantly thinning (3–4 mm) with paradoxical motion. The regional wall swung toward the right ventricle in the systolic period like an aneurysm. No obvious myocardial fibrosis was observed.
