Sagittal T2-weighted image shows several key findings: marked kyphotic curvature at the lumbar spine; anterolateral spinal fusion of L2 and L5; sacrum hypoplasia and coccyx agenesis. The conus medullaris terminates at the D11–D12 intervertebral disc level, featuring a rounded, non-filiform distal contour.
