Background: Epidermoid cyst of the testis (rare benign tumor of the testis) constitutes 3% of all pediatric testicular tumors. The testis-sparing surgery is preferred in most of cases.
Case Report: This case report records an epidermoid cyst in a 2.5-year-old boy in whom orchidectomy was performed due to large dimensions of the cyst and unclear sonographic appearance.
Conclusions: Diagnosis of epidermoid cyst should be taken into consideration in case of slowly growing testicular tumors despite of its rarity.
